Ease of access

I would like to see more automation. There are a set of magazines, I read on a weekly basis. I would like these magazines to be pushed to my reading list automatically, as soon as they are published, as opposed to me going and searching for these on a weekly basis and downloading them. Also I would like to see better way of managing the downloaded magazines in my device, so that it is arranged based on the date of download as opposed to being listed as a Long list.

Cannot access my Magzter Gold subscription

Just renewed my Magzter Gold subscription but when I went in to read a magazine, it shows my previous subscription which was already expired. Tried to restore purchase but nothing. Tried deleting the app to re-download it but it wouldn’t download. 🤨😑

Update: Issue was solved and I can download and read my magazines now. Thanks.

Magzter gold not working

They have a good selection, but so far having a horrible experience, and I can’t even seem to get customer service to assist me. I signed up for the free 30 day trial of magzter gold, but for some reason it still does not let me open any magazines, saying I don’t have a magzter gold membership. When I try to click to re-sign up for the trial, it says I’m already a magzter gold member and won’t let me sign up for it again. In other words, I am currently wasting the free trial and not getting any help from Magzter to solve the issue, so I am very very disappointed with this app and will start looking for alternatives.
