4,改进战斗机(改变目前各级CV战斗机作战效率相距过大的情况)。
5,对于放烟雾者的烟雾保护提升(估计是想说放烟雾的驱逐舰在烟雾中的可见度会比同时在烟雾中的其他船要低)。
6,近距离BB散布率下降,5KM以内。
7,改进分房机制(特别提到了CV,估计会把CV数量和级别当作一个硬性指标以杜绝CV 1:0)。
8,溜边惩罚。

10, 舰船可视范围重新计算,没高舰桥的舰船的可视范围会略微下降。

1. Furukata will be buffed (Turret rotation speed, dispersion, rudder shift time and torpedos);
2. Yubari will be buffed.

4. Improved fighters gameplay (reduce excessive differences between fighters combat effectiveness tier by tier);
5. The effects of smoke screen will be improved from the perspective of the smoke screen creator;
