使用说明：

1. 解压缩
2. 把游戏文件Coalesced.bin拖到Gibbed.MassEffect3.Coalesce.exe上自动解压
3. 在自动生成的Coalesced文件夹里能找到解压出来的可编辑文件(用记事本打开即可)
4. 编辑MOD/DLC文件
5. 把Coalesced文件夹拖到Gibbed.MassEffect3.Coalesce.exe上自动打包
6. 把新生成的Coalesced.bin复制回游戏目录\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole文件夹中

- Update Russian localization credits.

- Change icon resource to byte[] so Mono won't munge it and cause MS.NET to blow up.

- New icon for SaveEdit.
- More updates to Russian localization.
- Move SaveEdit Localization to Properties.
- Move icons out of Form-specific resource files, this should prevent resource duplication into non-English resources.
- Remove ability to import ME2 headmorphs (it was completely unusable anyway due to resource location changes & incompatible LOD data).
